Getting started
What does EasyMark actually do?
EasyMark runs your business marketing for you. Pick the channels (social, email, ads, search), tell us about your business, and we produce posts, ads, and email on a schedule, in plain English.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most business owners are up and running in about ten minutes. You answer a few questions, connect the channels you already use, and we draft your first content.
Do I need any marketing experience?
No. EasyMark is built for owners who would rather run their business than learn marketing. Every screen explains itself in plain English.
Billing
How does pricing work?
Predictable monthly fee for the platform. AI usage is separate. Bring your own provider key (recommended) or buy a prepaid credit package.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Seven days, full plan, no credit card up front.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
AI and content
Whose AI is being used?
Yours. We support Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini. Bring your key and your prompts go directly between your account and that provider.
Can I edit what the AI writes?
Yes. Every post, email, and ad is editable before it goes out. You can also approve or reject each piece individually.
Does EasyMark write in French?
Yes. The dashboard, customer emails, and generated content are all bilingual: English and French.
Integrations
Which channels do you support?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube. Plus email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Kit), Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
What if a channel I want is not listed?
Let us know. We add channels as customer demand justifies the integration. Email partners@easymark.ca with what you need.
Privacy and security
Where is my data stored?
On Oracle Cloud Infrastructure servers in Canada. Encrypted at rest, encrypted in transit, scoped per tenant.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. From your account settings you can request a full data export (ZIP) or delete your account entirely. Both are explicit, audited actions.
